Digital Diva 2.0 will be holding monthly networking events for women in technology and entrepreneurs entitled Living Social is a Lifestyle. The first meeting will be held at the Society Art Gallery in Chicago on March 22 from 6-9 pm. Tickets are $20.

The Chicago Womens Conference will take place at South Suburban College on March 9. Tickets are $15 in advance and $25 at the door; a continental breakfast is included in the price.

Effective January 31, all private sector employees in Illinois must post Employment Law Posters on their premises. The new law states that employees must be informed of their rights under the National Labor Relations Act.

The Digital Marketing Institute is offering a 12-week course towards a Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing. The course will be held each Tuesday from 6-9 pm beginning on January 17, 2012. The location is the Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce and the cost of the course is $2495; all course materials will be provided.

The next Great Lakes Graphics Association (GLGA) event in Illinois will take place on December 1 at Caf Le Cave in Des Plaines from 4-7:30 pm. All Illinois members of the GLGA are invited, as are those who are thinking of becoming members.
